As a female-founded, directed, and managed firm, we are proud to make an impact in the construction industry. Our strategic location in Jacksonville, Florida allows us to serve the broader southern region.

Julie Merrell is an experienced leader, team builder, and mentor, known for her unwavering commitment to quality. As President, Julie is dedicated to delivering the best finished products by understanding clients' needs and fostering a fun, inclusive work environment for her team. She is passionate about advancing women's involvement in the construction industry and continually works to raise awareness about the significant contributions women make in this field.
Outside of work, Julie enjoys the outdoors, often engaging in nature hikes, cycling, and swimming in the beautiful landscapes of North Florida. She cherishes her free time spent with her husband of over 20 years and their teenage son and daughter. Julie's dedication to both her professional and personal life exemplifies her balanced and enriching approach to leadership and family.
